		<description>Colleen attended her first Tweetup, or Twitter friends meet up last night.  She met people she would have never met before and made connections that may lead to business.  Tweeter is like being involved at your kid&#039;s school (for instance).  You build relationships and trust, and at some point folks discover you&#039;re a real estate agent, then at some further point recommend or use you.  Twitter is no different.  Facebook is similar, btw.  ;)</description>
