EricOnSearch is looking to grow in 2011. To do that we are looking for good people.
The first person we are looking for is someone to develop WordPress themes for us. We have a number of projects ongoing in several industries that require solid theme development skills. If you think you have what it takes, contact us using the contact form here on the site! We need to talk…we are open to this person contracting and this does not need to be an onsite position…we’d actually prefer to do it the other way…Please be prepared to have themes developed that can show us your awesomeness. 
The second skillset that we need is a person who understands WordPress, but does NOT need WP development skills. We are looking for someone to assist in managing the hundreds of sites we work with and be able to follow detailed directions and work well and efficiently without direct supervision. This position will be located in Southern Indiana.
